Join the team from Vet Empowered, for an interactive, action based workshop with the tools we've supported thousands within the profession with. We want you to walk away, feeling empowered with tools to thrive, deal with uncertainty and be a little kinder to yourselves along the way too!
Vet Empowered workshops are different - no cringey icebreakers, irrelevant advice or trust falls. We promise you real, actionable and relatable science-backed tools and discussions.
We'll be covering: self-awareness, imposter syndrome, confidence building, nervous system regulation, self-compassion, professional boundaries, client communication and resilience tools.
This session welcomes all members of the veterinary team and includes lunch.
